Our Permanent Cosmetics Technician is professional and thouroughly trained not only in the application of Permanent Cosmetics, but also in proper sanitation & sterilization practices. Jeff has 26 years experience in the industry, both as a technician and a trainer, and he strives to make his clients feel as safe & comfortable as possible.Jeff holds his Oregon State License with the Board of Electrologists and Body Art Practitioners and is a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Technician in California.

We have a qualified clean and professional environment. We hold our Oregon Health Licenses and Bloodborne Pathogen Certificates. All needles & accessories used on clients are sterile and one-use only. The procedure room is fully sanitized after each client.
